Discovery

PHASE 1: We work to understand your goals, your business and what it will take to "WOW" your customer. There's a fair amount of traffic analysis in this phase as well as a strong competitive analysis to find out what your competitors are doing -- right and wrong -- in your space.

Concept

PHASE 2: We approach our website solutions from a marketing standpoint first. Too often this process is done backwards, where the marketing strategy is assembled later to fit the site. That method is very common and it doesn't produce the best results. This phase concludes with a fully-crafted website narrative.

Blueprint

PHASE 3: This is when the fun really starts. We take your customer-centric website narrative and use that to map our your visitor flow. This is also called the Customer Journey. The design engine kicks into action as we develop your sitemap, wireframes, conversion diagrams, and fully-designed page mockups. This phase is highly collaborative and is where the creative juices reach a boiling point.

PHASE 4: Cue the engineers. This is where we get to building. Mobile-responsive web pages inside of an easy-to-manage content management system (CMS) with all of the features you'll need to drive your website and your marketing strategy towards your goals. We test, we adjust, refine, and test some more ensuring that everything is as it needs to be. We don't launch until you say GO and we don't stop until you're happy.
