Normal retail pricing:

• A 5-hour package (one-time buy) costs $125/hour = $625
• Pay for 6 months and you get a 20% discount = $3,000 (that’s $100/hr - breaks down to $500/month)
• Pay for 12 months and you get a 32% discount = $5,100 (that’s $85/hr - breaks down to $425/month)

Same deal with the 10 hours, except that when you buy into a 1-year package (and pay up front) you get a full month for free, in ADDITION to higher discounts:

• A 10-hour package (one-time buy) costs $120/hour = $1,200
• Pay for 6 months and you get a 25% discount = $5400 (that’s $90/hr - breaks down to $900/month)
• Pay for 12 months and you get a 30% discount PLUS 1 month free = $9,350 (that’s $85/hr - breaks down to $850/month x 11 months)

Ah, yes. Here's how that works. For customers on our SecurePod CarePlan the discounts are significant, after all, these are our VIPs!

One-time Buys:

• 5-hour package = $425 ($85/hr)
• 10-hour package = $850 ($85/hr)

You don’t save any money by purchasing a 10-hour pack, but you DO get priority scheduling to ensure that you can get all of those hours applied to a specific project. If you buy 5-hour packages at a time you’ll find yourself competing with other client needs. Our SecurePod CarePlan members always enjoy first priority.

If you are hosting with us at the $349/month level and you want to subscribe to additional support hours you get 5% off a 6-month subscription (paid up front) and 10% off a 12-month subscription (paid up front.) we can’t offer a free month at these already discounted prices for 12-month subscribers, but I can tell you that a solid handful of people take advantage of this offer every year, so it’s been pretty popular.

We accept any credit or debit card and ACH transfers.

This product is designed for businesses who have ongoing, regular needs regarding their websites and their web presence that exceed the bandwidth and/or skillset of their in-house team. We work alongside some very talented teams and individuals, some of whom have some overlap with our skillset but who perhaps need to outsource execution so they can focus on admin aspects of their position. This is a very common scenario.

This product is also designed for businesses who are in growth mode or who wish to reach that growth mode.

This service is not a good fit for anybody with a design or build project whose final build scope exceeds the 10 hours offered in any one-month retainer. Website design or development projects or large funnel projects should be treated as build projects with their own production schedule and budgets.

It is not possible to force a (say) $6k website development project into a 10 hour Support Plan spread out over several months because our website development process is organized for efficiency and profitability.
