Funnels & Outreach · coming soon

A website waits for customers.
That’s no good.

We have to go out and get them.

Look at where your last five projects came from. If the answer is referrals, someone else decided who you’d work with, what they’d expect to pay, and what they’d ask for. Word of mouth is wonderful. It isn’t a plan. We build the funnel, mine the list, and run the outreach, with a human writing, reading, and following up, so the next five are yours to choose. We’re running it on ourselves first; the first client cohort opens from the waitlist.

Waitlist

Be first when it opens. One email when Funnels & Outreach launches, with the first-cohort offer. Nothing else.

What word of mouth is costing you

Referrals are picking your clients.

Wonderful when they come. Expensive when they’re the whole plan.

You say yes to work that only kind of fits

Because you don’t know where next month’s customer is coming from, you take the one in front of you. The calendar fills with projects you wouldn’t have chosen, at prices you wouldn’t have set.

Referred leads arrive early and price-shop

A referral is someone else’s confidence, not yet yours. They come in before they understand the problem, so they compare on price, and you spend the first call earning what the referral was supposed to have earned.

The thinking never makes it onto the invoice

The diagnosis, the plan, the strategy: the most valuable thing you do is given away in the proposal to win work that pays for the execution. A funnel that qualifies before the call puts the thinking back where it belongs.

Skill was never the issue. You’ve shipped real work for years. The way customers find you just hasn’t caught up.

One system, not twelve tactics

Install one way of getting customers. Then keep it running.

Five parts, in order. Each one is a thing we do, not a thing you learn.

Offer

One clear offer.

Built around what you actually know, not a list of everything you can do. The message is settled before anyone writes an email.

List

The people who can say yes.

Mined and enriched: the right role, the right size, the right moment. A list of five hundred who fit beats five thousand who don’t.

Funnel

Qualify before they book.

A short path that asks the questions a first call would, so the call happens with someone who already belongs there. Built in Perspective, written by us.

Outreach

In their inbox, in your voice.

Run on Instantly, written by a human, sent in sequences that stop when someone answers. If you hate cold calling, you won’t cold call.

Follow-up

The part everyone drops.

A human reads every reply and answers it. The sequence doesn’t go quiet after the second email, and it doesn’t argue with someone who said no.

The part that isn’t automated

AI-driven systems on their own aren’t enough.

Traditional methods weren’t built for mobile-first, short-attention prospects. DIY AI outreach wasn’t built for anyone. The difference is who’s reading.

1Human writing

Every email, every funnel step, every follow-up is written by a person who read your site and your offer. AI drafts; it doesn’t get the last word. Nobody on your list gets a sequence that could have been sent to anyone.

2Human monitoring

Deliverability, reply rates, and the list itself are watched by someone who notices when a domain starts landing in spam or a segment stops answering, and changes course before the month is wasted.

3Human follow-up

A real person reads each reply and answers it in your voice, books the call, or lets it go. The system gets attention; the conversation gets a human.

06
Is this the right place to start?

Pick the line that sounds most like you.

Nothing ticked yet.

Be honest. There’s no wrong answer, just the wrong starting point.

Did you know
Misconception

Word of mouth is the best marketing there is.

The reality

It’s the best lead there is. As a plan, it means someone else decides when you eat. The fix isn’t to stop referrals; it’s to stop depending on them.

Misconception

Cold outreach doesn’t work anymore.

The reality

Templated outreach to a bought list doesn’t. A short, human-written sequence to a list of people who fit, with someone reading the replies, still books calls every week.

Misconception

I’ll run the outreach myself with an AI tool.

The reality

You’ll run it for three weeks. Then a client project lands and the sequence goes quiet, which is worse than never starting. The system has to be someone’s job.

Misconception

More leads is the goal.

The reality

Two or three right-fit customers a month, predictably, is the goal. Volume you can’t serve is a cost.

Misconception

Paid ads are the fast way.

The reality

Paid is the amplifier, not the engine. It goes on top of an offer and a funnel that already convert organically. Before that, it’s a way to lose money quickly.

FAQ

Questions we get before the first sequence.

What does this cost?

It’s scoped per engagement, because the list, the offer, and the volume are different for every business. The first cohort gets the first-cohort offer, by email, from the waitlist.

When does it open?

We’re running it on PXLPOD first, then a small first cohort from the waitlist. One email when it opens. Nothing before that.

Will you cold call for me?

No. If you hate cold calling, you won’t cold call, and neither will we. The outreach is written, in your voice, to people who fit.

Do I have to be on SecurePod Care?

Not required, but it’s the usual shape: the funnel and the outreach send people to a site that someone has to keep current and converting. Most clients run both.

Who writes the emails?

We do. We draft, you correct. AI helps with research and first drafts; a person decides what goes out, and reads what comes back.

How long before it produces anything?

The offer and list take the first few weeks. Replies start when the sequences do. Judge it at ninety days, not nine.

What about the 30-second quiz?

Coming. It’ll route you to the right starting point in six questions. Until then, the picker above does the same job in one.

Another year of word of mouth is another year of someone else deciding when you eat.

Funnels & Outreach opens to a first cohort from the waitlist. Until then, Growth & Conversion Projects fix the site the outreach will send people to.
